Metal Filling / Rebuilding
Metal filling takes place in which actual metallurgy as applicable with the parent material gets deposited by advanced rectifiers welding machine, MIG welding machine, transformer welding machine on the base material with suitable electrode, MIG wires and core wires as applicable. Metal filling is performed at a uniform temperature without affecting the parent base material.
Key Objective: To build up the worn gear surface with material that matches the original metallurgy.
